Thanks to our mobile customer service, we take care of all repairs to your household appliances on the spot. With this focus and specialization we are unique in the city of Bern and surrounding regions. Our trained employees also carry out repairs on older appliances and from all manufacturers.

Devices, which cannot be repaired at your place, we take to our own workshop. Of course, you will then receive a replacement or loan unit for this time (only for multi-family house washing machines). Devices that can no longer be repaired, we dispose of in accordance with the regulations environmentally friendly!

Delivery Have you already decided on a new washing machine, combi steamer, stove or refrigerator from our range? We will be happy to deliver your desired appliance to your home, construction site or desired location with our mobile delivery service. Assembly You would like to have a household appliance installed and connected (new appliance, occ. appliance, etc.)? Our mobile assembly service supports you in all questions and problems and helps you with pleasure that everything around the start-up of your device works out. I.e. we also take care of smaller carpentry, sanitary and electrical installations or adaptations for you. Our connection service guarantees you a standard-compliant and flawless installation.
Adaptations We are often confronted with situations that usually cannot be planned for in advance. Even such unforeseen work as adapting a kitchen faucet or trim, kitchen cabinet changes, etc. are no problem for us. No matter whether your cover is made of granite, marble, wood, aluminum, etc. - we are guaranteed to have the right tool for every material.

Example new installation dishwasher: You want to have a dishwasher installed? No problem. We dismantle/remove the required kitchen element below the shelf so that the new appliance finds its optimal place. The best place is immediately to the left or right of the "sweeper corpus", which is usually placed below the water sink. Depending on the existing kitchen structure (Euronorm, Swiss standard), we evaluate together with you the appropriate device with desired decor. If you do not yet have a separate water and electricity connection for the new machine, we will be happy to organize / arrange our partner companies for the implementation of these required specialized services.

Exchange of defective or older appliances We do not only sell and deliver new household appliances - we also take care of all disassembly, assembly as well as possible adaptation work in case of an appliance replacement beforehand. Of course, we also take care of the environmentally friendly disposal of your old appliances, because we attach great importance to a prompt and complete service.
Spare parts Seals, plastic parts, panel parts, operating elements, heating elements, condensers, solenoid valves, pumps, wedges, buttons, door openers, special screws, lamps, thermostats - and much much more!

Our repair department as well as service vehicles have a selected assortment of spare parts. Unfortunately, in the "flood" of suppliers, brands and product variety, we can not have all spare parts in stock. But of course we can organize or order all spare parts or components for you.

What spare parts information do we need from you: For the dishwasher spare parts search, please indicate (if available) the manufacturer's appliance number (for Electrolux e.g.: 911......). You can send us this number via E-mail or via our contact form (incl. address details). We will then order the desired spare part as soon as possible.
