**Electrical installations

Life without electricity is completely unimaginable. Also in the future the importance of electrical energy will increase. On the one hand, because more and more equipment is operated electrically. On the other hand, because electricity has now been established for many decades as an inexpensive, very powerful and safe source of energy.

Electricity is also a matter of trust. Improper installations are a danger to people and property. Although in theory laymen are allowed to carry out electrical installations (under certain restrictive conditions), it is nevertheless advisable to commission a professional to do so.

Electrical installations are also an investment in the future. Especially in new buildings or conversions, inexpensive solutions can be realized, with which diverse, sensible and energy-saving functions are possible. In this way, the various areas of a house (lighting, blinds, access, alarm, ventilation/heating, energy measurement...) can not only be operated, but also regulated, controlled and analyzed. And even from anywhere.

Building technology The trend towards networking the various components of building technology (electricity, water, heating, ventilation, access control, etc...) is probably irreversible in the long run. Often it is also possible to realize interesting functions with simple tools.

The demand for an efficient, flexible and clear building technology is not only understandable, but also makes sense in terms of environmental protection.

• Central off switch for light and other consumers, vacation absence programs (heating reduction, random control light/blinds)

**Controls

All electrical installations must be checked at different intervals with regard to their safety and functionality. As soon as the installation is free of defects, this is recorded and documented on a safety certificate. The local electric utility will notify you of the required inspection prior to the deadline. It is the owner's responsibility to arrange for this check and to have any defects rectified.

As a safety consultant with a federal certificate, I am authorized to inspect installations for safety. I will also be happy to advise you on possible options which usually guarantee a higher degree of protection for people and property without the need for large financial resources.
