Hello, I'm Alain Spring, and I'd like to tell you a little about myself...

I began my apprenticeship as a cabinetmaker in an old workshop with a scent of old oak and cherry shavings.

Making stylish furniture from just a few planks immediately fascinated me... a revelation of this craft with the precious products nature has to offer.

With my diploma in hand, I worked for various interior design and furniture companies, until the day I discovered the world of kitchens.

First in the workshop, then as a fitter, my path was traced until I ended up designing and advising customers for the various Geneva-based kitchen companies I worked for.

When it comes to designing a kitchen, the possibilities are infinite, as the range of materials available is so vast and the layouts so varied from one project to the next. It's the kitchen that has to adapt and be designed specifically for the place, the tastes, the needs and the lifestyle, not its users!

I learned this when I was managing one of the best-known kitchen designers in the Geneva area.
