We treat wastewater from Winterthur and the Tösstal valley in our wastewater treatment plant (ARA).

The Winterthur waste incineration plant (KVA) recycles 190,000 tons of waste annually. This waste comes from the Winterthur region and from other companies. During waste recycling, the KVA produces electricity and uses the waste heat for the district heating supply.
